Yallingup Surfilm Festival @ MadFish Winery – Margaret River

Please note that the tickets are non-refundable nor transferable, regardless of inclement weather.

LOCATION

The screening will be on the lawns of MadFish Winery (Miamup Rd, Cowaramup).

TIMES

Gates open at 6.00pm from which time there will be some live entertainment by Australian & international musicians. The main film proceedings will begin at 8.15pm. We do ask that you are seated by 8.00pm. The event will end at approximately 11.00pm.

PARKING

On entering the winery estate you will be directed to the car parking area. Disabled parking is also available. Those arriving in classic vintage VW Combi Vans or Holden Stationwagons will receive best parking locations.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a picnic rug, bean bag or low back chairs for your comfort. Please be prepared for cool temperatures once the sun goes down and dress accordingly (or bring a blanket) so you are comfortable.

WINE & REFRESHMENTS

There will be MadFish wine for sale by the bottle and glass (plastic) throughout the evening, as well as beer. Soft drinks and water will also be available.

This event is strictly NO BYO alcohol and no glass will be allowed.

FOOD

Please feel free to bring along your own picnic to enjoy, or there will be food available for purchase on the night. Please keep in mind that for safety reasons we cannot allow any glass items.

UNDER 18s

Please note that the YSF films have an overall classification of MA15+. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
